New farming spots/strategies with title tracks?

Just curious if anyone has had a build improve dramatically, especially with the Norn +health or Asuran +energy titles.

Just to point out these farming spots you say will be quite limited to their territories as they only work there, no where else.

Except for the vanguard one, it doesn't state territory only against charr.

Hmmm, i just thought about this, but for the vanguard, what about bring it to old blown up Ascalon, and farming hard mode using it.
