Account Marks

Is there any way to view on how many I got?

I don't understand the question to be honest if you mean XP points then press H ingame,that tells you how much you have and how many till the next one.

By account marks I mean something like black marks, something you get on your account when you break the rules and once you get enough you get banned permanently.
