i am in the market for a new shield for my main char as his ones tosh, i am not paying extra for mods unless the price is right.

would prefer gold req 8-11 str or tac (i think its tac only)

yeah inscribable of course otherwise I would have merched it. =)

if its dual moddable i'll tkae it, i brought a blue one earlier that had no inscription slot but you could change the other mod.
