Ever since NF came out, heroes have been the best and worst thing for the PvE part of the game. So here is one incentive to encourage people to try and PUG or adventure with guildies/alliance mates instead of H/Hing it.
Brother in Arms - A PvE Title Trake that has PvE skills
Basically it is a title track where whenever you help someone else finish a quest or complete a mission for the first time, you get a point. Get enough points and you'll get some PvE skills that are partly based on your ranks, and partly based on the number of human players in your group.
For example a monk might get a non-elite 5e version of Heal Party that heals for ~60 if you've maxed the title and have a few human players in your group.
A way to improve peoples willingness to PUG in PvE

/signed just for titletrack.
Could be something like "You gain 1 point for each non hero/henchman in your party, after finishing a mission or vanquishing an area".
Not sure if it could be implemented, but maybe could help new/low level players doing their firsts missions (even if i feel that those missions would be farmed like hell).
