PC on Longbow +15/-1.

(Simple gold Jade Longbow.
Actually it is not PC on the item.
It has a mod I've never seen before)

15-28, Req10.
Damage +15%.
Energy regeneration -1.
(other mods don't matter).
And it is not Zealous.

A weapon with such mod ("Damage +15% with Energy regeneration -1") - is it worth anything? I haven't found any similar inscription.

It is a rarer dmg mod but is unwanted so 4-5k imo

2k-4k~ or so yes, inherent -1 nrg regen is very hard to sell for rangers.
