How to rearrange the Monument of Honor?

I can't seem to get the monument of honor to display the titles I want. I don't know how to control the list when I click "rearrange." And I've looked in a lot of places for instructions. Hopefully, you can help. I want to display:

Eternal Legendary Cartographer
Eternal Legendary Skill Hunter
Eternal Protector of Tyria
Eternal Protector of Cantha
Eternal Protector of Elona

And I can't tell how many titles it's supposed to show. According to the official wiki, the appearance changes with the KOABD levels. Does that mean the number of titles that one can display changes from five to 10 to 15 to 20? or does it mean something else? I'm at People Know Me, and it shows five titles.

Basically re-arrangement is very dodgy at the moment, there's no real way to control what is shown besides hitting the randomise button repeatedly. And I'm not even sure that the randomise button works, I seem to keep getting the same arrangements.

The monument only shows 5 at once. The changes referenced are the statue at the back which changes the higher your KoaBD rank is.

Hopefully they change it so we can show the titles that we want to show.

Yeah, the monuments just show in the order you entered them and the randomize just scrolls thru them.

Well then, I guess that begs the question does anyone know if there are any changes planned for this function anytime soon?
