Can't connect to Guild Wars, but able to connect to other online games

Since sunday I can't connect to Guild Wars anymore. When I try to login it just says "Connecting.." and that's it, no error or something. But when I connect to internet or other online games everything is fine..

I've got a cable connection, and no network. (Don't know if more info is needed or something.. I don't know that much about PC's )

Try deleting your gw.dat file; sometimes the networking settings become messed up in there. It's in the same folder that GW is installed in. You'll have to redownload, but it always fixes the problem for me.

Also, to make the download better, edit your shortcut for GW and add -image to the end of it. Then open GW like normal; it should download the entire game again. It's a pain, but it should work. When it's done downloading, remove -image from the shortcut.
