Advice on Parts

Hey all. I'm a graphic designer now with a gaming event company as my employer and I'll be upgrading to a new system in a few months (when I amass the 5k I'll need for the rig). What I need help with is making a few parts decisions. I'm going to be going with either two 20.1" LCDs (smallest 1600x1200 monitor, 20" is still 1280x1024) or a single 24" (smallest 1920x1200 monitor) and they're all going to be models that can rotate 90° for a vertical page-like view. Of course, desk real estate is a bit of an issue, but I guess I can always get a new desk . I need some help deciding between the two options (cost isn't much of an issue at this point). Also, should I go with 8 gigs of DDR2 800 or 4gigs of DDR2 1200? I'd get the new 1333s but I haven't found a mobo I like that can handle it.

My main programs I run are Photoshop CS3 and Flash 8, but I do a good bit of gaming too. Basically, I want to future-proof this for a few years (or longer). Any help is appreciated. I've made my wish-list into an image if you want to view what I'm going to be getting. Also, sometime in Q1 of 09, the nVIDIA 9 series will be coming out, so maybe I'll just get a cheap 8800 till then and then I'll get two of the new and better ones (800+ mhz core here I come!).
