3. i would say salvage the mods and sell the axe

Insc - perfect salvage +30(8k) and 20/20(12-14k) and then try sell axe for 15-20k or so.
Uninsc - 40-50k.
#2 - 30-35k.
#3 - Salvage mods and then try sell axe for 7-8k.
