Withdraw funds bug? Anyone else get this?

I went to withdraw some funds this morning to get the 10k armor set and found I could not withdraw enough.

Maybe this is how it is supposed to be since Eye of the North or something but does not make sense. I have six toons at level 20 spread out in all the areas, Prophecies, Factions, Nightfall, and Eye of the North and none of the six can withdraw max funds I have in storage only "max" portions, and every "max" portion is a different size amount for each toon.

It is like they are only allowed to withdraw what I have deposited via each toon and it did not used to work like that.

Is this right? If so when did it get changed and what the bloody hell is the logic behind the change?

I forgot all about the 100 Plat carrying limit, it is been way to long since my last major fund withdrawl.

perhaps you had 85135 gold in your inventory...
