Just wondering if anyone knows if it can be found anywhere in the game, or if it's just another panda/hippo

No are no Snow Lynx in game far as anyone has seen. Could be a typo in the manual since the only ones you get are:

Wolf
Raven
Bear
R!ghteous Ind!gnation
R!ghteous Ind!gnation

Its not a type... there is another facet that they worship as well.
