EotN Cartography Map?

Does anyone have a 100% cartography map for EotN? I think I'm 3 points short in the cartography department for the Master of the North title (currently 164 after defeating the Great Destroyer, only Snowman and the required dungeon for the storyline complete; I think I should have 166 at this point). TC Fish does *not* have a true cartographer's aid because it has been "altered" and has been pieced together with a non-standard zoom on the U map.

Just the Asuran Territory (including Tarnished Coast)

If the mod that removes fog in Tyria works on the EotN portion, that's your best bet at getting a matching 100% map to work off.

I was able to use the no-fog mod with GWEN, so I would recommend doing that.
