I haven't played the game in a very long time.. I just started it up again and got GW: Factions..

I wanted to know whats a good combo for a A/? or ?/A I was thinking about E/A or A/E.. or even a Mo/A.. I want to be able to lvl up mostly on my own.. but I'm not sure where to start as picking a good profession combo..

some advice will be great

thx

I have an A/N combo, using [skill]Parasitic Bond[/skill] to kickstart some skills that requires a Hex, and [skill]Plague Touch[/skill] for Condition removal. Monk secondary gives you Condition and Hex removal.

You still play like a Sin.

Don't make a Monk in Factions unless you played it in Prophecies if it is your first.Slow learning is good for Monks if you want it fast then go to RA.

Damage = 100%
Healer = 33%

Hmmm... as a Mo/A, you'll get into groups, but expected to heal or protect only.

As a Mo/A, you will not have the better armor than you would if you were an A/x, and you won't get the Critical Strike attribute (for e-management).

If you want to be an Assassin, be A/x. If you want to just get skills for the Assassin, then yes, Mo/A is okay. Assassins do more damage than Monks, they have better armor than Monks too.

Now, I've gone from A/Mo to A/N to A/W.

I've used: Retribution as my permanent enchantment to use Pheonix Strike
I've used: Parasitic Bond to fuel my Lotus Strike
I've used: Wild Blow to activate Critical Defenses, Way Of Perfection and that Sunspear Assassin skill.
