PC on +15/-1 Crellenated Sword and req10 Zodiac Shield

Bit confused about the inherent mod on the sword, never saw it before.

1. It's somewhat rare dmg mod but not a popular one, 8k tops imo
2. 50k-60k~ or so, little more or less depending on luck
