Permanent Ban!!

Not sure if this is in the right place but i'll carry on.
Yesterday i saw a thread on these forums telling us of the new mini pets galore coming up on guildwars very own website. I proceeded to said website to check out myself. With lots of excitement i proceeded to tell people of the upcoming event so to speak by advertsing the web page in all chat telling every were gettin new free pets. i used this link http://eu.guildwars.com/events/in_ga...ts/mini_promo/ for about 5 mins, i got afew whispers askin "oo can i have a free pet". Obviously my reply was its a magazine promotion. I dont have any lol.

Ive been playing guild wars for over 2 years with more than 7k hours of play. No i do have a life was a house husband for 2 years lol. And ive also bought products from there online store including GW:EN.

Now i wake up this morning log into GW and i have a PERMANENT BAN CODE 45. "Your account has been banned from Guild Wars for advertsiing a website that comprimises account security. This ban is permanent"

So i would like to warn you. dont advertise there own website in guild wars........

Obviously im extremely angry at this moment in time...

and yes i have filled in a ticket....

It's not a give away, it's like a lottery, they have maybe 1000-3000 for some country in EU and you still need to buy the magazine as well. Well seeing that you had already filled in the ticket, hope it all work out for you.

Probably a stupid mistake again. Kind of funny that they've banned you while you a gave a link to the official GW website You'll sort this out...
