Animal Trainer?

I was reading in GW Wiki that there is an animal trainer for pets, but I can't find one anywhere. I have Nightfall and Eye of the north is there a trainer in these versions?

there are pet tamers not trainers. all they do is get rid of your current pet, not give them additional skills. if its lvl 20 when you get rid of it you'll get 100g.
