Need advice for DoA

Can anyone give me some tips in surviving in the Domain of Anguish? The enemies there hit so hard that we died in secs. Btw, is this area doable by heroes only? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Not really doable with heroes, in my experience. GORED n00b is generally the response from other players if you try it with heroes. (But I'm sure some people will say that you're a n00b if you can't do it with heroes too.) But it's easiest to do DoA with player characters.

As far as I know, you need a tank to survive here, best would be an obsidian dervish or warrior tank. I am currently trying it out with one friend and the rest heroes, using the standard DOA HM SF build, and it didnt appear to have much problem, (although I need more practice as a tank to make it work well). As long as the key positions are taken by people, (tank, and perhaps one of the nukers) there should be no problem using heroes as long as the heroes have the right skills, and you can order them to stand back and cast spells when needed etc
