I was in Rragar's Menagerie dungeon fighting a group of Charr. A bunch of ooze popped up, and my party was overwhelmed. While the Charr were picking off the last of my group, the warriros started using the /rank emote. Apparently, the Charr are awsome at HA because of the tiger emote.

It's probably a joke on anets part, since some players get very annoyed in pvp when they are emoted on after defeat. Anet were probably tired of hearing players whine about it, so they decided to make light of it by subjecting pve players to it as well

Heh, it's funny now that I think about it... I've never actually seen the emote from a Charr. On those really really rare occaisions that they have killed a party member, I've interrupted the bejeebus out of them. I guess I could've actually read the skill before wasting interrupts on it.

This might sound silly, but the Charr took over Drascir when they invaded Ascalon.
According to in-game lore the Tombs of Drascir allow access to the Hall of Heroes. It's possible that the Charr compete in their own HoH games on the side.
