3) are you sure? Tought 1 dmg doesn't mater for spell casters.. Think it's worth quite much coz of nice, rare skin and 15^50 +5e. Keep on mind that Celestials doesn't own a insignia spot.. I'm rly not sure about it, still waiting on others opinion then. Anyway thanks.
