How to go to EOTN's Elite Dungeon?

Head over to Umbral Grotto and find a group doing Slavers' Exile. Problem solved.

The elite dungeon is in the south-east corner of the cascades map. So, just get out of grotto and go the the extreme southeast corner. You will see a shrine, a few wind riders and an entrance to slaver's exile. It is the elite dungeon.
