PC: Pyroclastic Axe & Sephis Sword

Hey guys! These came my way and I was wondering how much I could sell them for

Gold, Inscribable, Req 12 () Pyroclastic Axe. It came with a 15^50, +30, and firey mod...but those can all be swapped out, of course

Also, a Gold and Inscribable (Also Req 12, 14-20 dmg) Sephis Sword with +5 Energy. While it would have little use on a warrior, it would make a hawt caster item.

Well, if you guys can give me a ballpark for how much they sell for, I'd appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

Axe 100k-100k +5ectos (req9 bring around +40 ectos i think)
Sword Salvage the +5 energy...might get a few plat out of the skin to a caster but probably a hard sale.
