uhhhh, never seen a fire thats all alone in the shiverpeaks. But by the snow texture and the shape of the flame I can tell that it is either Northern or Southern, most likely southern. Probably on a hill. Sadly, the only fires I know in the N/S Shiverpeaks are Yaks, War Camp, and...thats it >.< and that is neither so...dunno
Has to be an explorable, so my guesses Iron Horse Mines or maybe Frozen Forest. I can list all of the possible ones *this has to be an explorable with either stone summit or deldrimor dwarves in it*, but I won't, yet.

Considering the Seaguls and the rock in the back of the picture it looks more like a beach. My only guess would be Riverside Province.
