Aw crap, stuck in portal to Frostmaw's, 5th level

I'm not lagged out - I can flag heroes, use skills, etc - I'm simply just stuck:



Any ideas, or did I just waste three hours of my time : (?

try /stuck I think that command works?

Naw I tried it a bunch of times...

I tried getting a crab to kill me. It was succesful, bit didn't do anything except at +15% DP.

This happened to me a few weeks ago in Istan. I was in a town, though, and it affected everyone trying to zone out into Champion's Dawn. There were upward of twenty players stuck inside the portal. We could all send and receive messages in local chat, but we couldn't move.

Unfortunately no one ever found a way to fix it. I just gave up and logged out to relaunch the client.

At least that was just an outpost...I've spent 4 hours in this dungeon, on and off.

Edit: Gave up. Something with the new build, I'm guessing. Ah well...

You could disconnect then use the reconnect feature to reload into the dungeon.

About time for that, too. First complete crash, didn't even get asked to reconnect at all, I spent 2 hours in a dungeon. I was fighting the boss and almost beat him. The thing shut down on me entirely.

Second time, I was helping a level 4 finish Villainy of Galrath. Thankfully I had already finished it so she still got her 4k exp. I just had to restart to sell off all my stuff. Wasn't as painful as losing 2 hours.

Maybe something similar had happened to you. But then again, you said you could use skills.

How long did you wait in there for? After around 10 minutes or so, I think it would just disconnect you if it was severe lag with the server.

That happened to me earlier as well. I tried zoning out of EOTN about 2 mins after the most recent update and I got stuck in the portal as well.

Force a disconnect and cross fingures for a log back on

Same thing happened to me last night. Waited, tried the reconnect thing. No luck. I was also in a dungeon for close to 2 hours when it happened.

It happened to a guildie and me, but just before we saw the new build message, perhaps it had something to do with it, but we were in a different dungeon, reconnecting didn't help.

and it wouldn't if you were getting the message to shut down for a new build.
