Toss Troll for Restful Breeze if you must have a self-heal, Troll is pathetic at 4 spec.

tks alex for looking at this build idea that came up in my mind, im thinking it as PVE Build???, thus it look Viable to you , or is it Crap
thks for the advice and the critique, as i have been playing a ranger for a year, with almost 3 million Xp, but i dont consider myself an expert or anything, im always willing to learn some insight from the pros like you.

To master interuptions, you need more than skill bars full of interupts. It's more like russian rolette. Keep pulling the trigger and eventually you'll smear your brains on the wall...or someone elses.
As I like prep shot currently, I'll talk about that abit. With 12 Expertise and Prep Shot, you damn sure shouldn't be using expert focus. What's really the point? energy management? Like Prep shot and Expertise isn't enough e management? It's just redundance without purpose.
Concussion is cool with prep shot, yet, to have all those attack skills and no conditions to spread besides CS's daze is a true waste of a bar, imo. 2 interupts are all you need, maximum of 3 on a bar. More Sloth hunter Shot, please, you won't regret it. Apply Poison, or Read the Wind for a prep- be fast on the draw, or spread some conditions around.
You might frustrate a guy the first couple of times, but once they realize you are rather defenseless because of all the interupts it becomes a waiting game of when they smoke you because you haven't used Whirling or throw Dirt. No condition removal either, so this has to be for PvE,right?
God, I feel like the rest of these guys now...anyway, you can do better than that.

you can surely drop a lot of expertise in there because you run BOTH prepared shot and expert focus -- however i think you are putting your preparation to waste.
apply poison or rtw would do the job better, you can invest more into wilderness and you already have lots in marks to make rtw viable, and seeing how you have interrupts mainly you won't need the energy really.
i do however suggest taking sloth hunters shot or screaming shot for some good damage, because 4 interrupts sure are way too much, maybe drop concussion, although the daze can be nice, but ye..some damage doesn't hurt, but degen would do also.
for the second, bha alone is enough, leave out the concussion, you won't manage energy anyways, even with expert focus.
also not using natural stride kinda hurts. :'(
and a hint for you; having lots of interrupts doesn't make you a good interrupter, even if you interrupt a lot, just concentrate on the important targets and spells and you will do fine with just savage and dshot (bha for bosses).

your first 2 builds are just overkill with interrupts and nothing besides them...
your third build looks more like the standard BH build which means that its pretty workable... the standard build is:
BH
distracting
savage
AP
screaming/or whatever
whirling
troll
res
dont have EotN so cant comment on those skills...

IMO Disrupting Shot is pretty worthless, recharge is too long. Savage Shot > Disrupting.
Lightnign Reflexes > Whirling
Also no epidemic?

Why in gods name do people keep running Prep Shot AND Expert Focus! Prep Shot is 1 of the most powerful energy management skills in the game, with a return of 6-8 energy every 8 seconds (including the time it takes to attack) on a character whose skills mostly cost 2-6 energy, use Rapid Fire or Read the Wind for god sake!
Disrupting is pretty worthless yeah, its recharge is too long for what it does. And BHA builds really shouldn't be without Epidemic (if you know you'll be facing alot of casters).

Disrupting isn't useless, just inferior to what exists, yet I use it on my Charr hero,Pyre. It deals all damage and the hero seems to use it well enough when I put him on a single target.
But, yea, it's inferior to savage as an interupt.

Been inferior to what exists is what makes it useless.

expert focus decrease energy use BEFORE expertise is applied... which makes it utterly useless all around. at least, that's what it did in the preview event.

I have to say that i think concussion shot and BHA in one build is a little daze overkill. You'd be better replacing it with something like [card]Favorable Winds[/card] or [card]Read the Wind[/card].
