Heros level up?

i've got a level 20 from the Prophecies campain and im running a couple of quest in Factions (could be nightfall i get confused) - getting the heroes the few i've got are level 15 and level 11. is there a way to get them to level up so i can use them in level 20 quests without them getting slaughtered?

Just play with them in your party. They will level up naturally the same way you did. As you earn experience, they also earn experience and will level.

Also when you accept quest rewards make sure that you have the heros that need to level in your party so they can gain that experience as well.

So if you are in a gorup of people or just playing by yourself then leave the group and add low level heros before accepting rewards.

One way to get a few level's for hero's is .. if you haven't done the NF quest line that takes you to the consulate docks mission, go farm the Scale in Issinur Isles. This is because you can also get Sunspear points while killing the plans and scales, and hero's will get a few level's while you farm the points.

- Best idea is to get the quest up to the Champion's Dawn defense point, then farm sunspear points to ~990.. then go and defend Champion's Dawn, as you then get double xp & sunspear points defending Chapion's Dawn. (you won't get sunspear points if your over 1K sunspear points).

Also, hero's do get xp from mission's. thus if you haven't already done the 3 starter mission's on Istani isle, go do them with your hero's - they will get full xp from them. Same as if you haven't gotten masters/bonus' from any prophecies/faction's mission's, hero's will get the xp bonus from them if you complete them.

If you have already done consulate dock's.. why not do it again? your hero's will be guaranteed to get 480 hp (sunspear battle call, guarantee's lvl 20 health), and you get support from sunspear npc's (and you do get xp for stuff they kill). You have a lot of lvl 20 enemies in that mission, easy way to farm xp as that mission is not all that hard.

- assuming 12 xp per kill, a full clean of Consulate Docks will net at like ~1,200 xp per run (assuming 100 enemies.. I can't remember exactly how many enemies there are, but it's around 100 I think)

I think heroes also gain double exp while they're a lower level than you. They said that heroes will level up faster while levels under you. They never gave an exact figure of how much faster it'd be. They also gain exp from quest rewards.

So take the low level ones when you accept the reward for glints quests etc..

According to the good wiki, it's 5x as much XP if thier level is lower than yours.

Scrolls are good too.
