These are probably too late, but could be fun in GW2.
# of exp enemies killed. *basicly any enemy that gives exp and you can't just farm basic ones*
# of bosses killed.
amount of cash value of items sold to merchants.
Or even more negative titles.
# of times died.
# of times failed a mission.
# of salvaged items broken.
Just a few random ideas..:> The # killed would be a kind of neat figure just to see how many enemies you've fought or such, and cash made selling to merchant I be curious about from all my farming.

A deaths title would be nice, I have a place I actually can use to farm deaths. I just let myself get killed several times and then wait by the shrine and die again and again and again. I don't even have to do anything. I just go have something to eat and come back and see my deaths increased.
EDIT: I realize you can farm deaths anywhere, but if you get the corsairs on the barbarous shore grouped around the res shrine, it's pretty much an instant death when you res. Very efficient

Well another thing is :> Think of those people farming protector of Ascalon title :> To me titles should be something fun, and sort of a side thing to do. They don't need to have a bonus or a reason, like sweet tooth/drunkard/survivor titles and such, they are more for fun and if your bored then actually a title your going to get in game. A kill counter could be fun too, maybe they have to be level 20+ mobs to avoid farming in areas with 15-20.

The killing one would be interesting. Boss killing one would be good too. The deaths one - too easy. The merchant one - a reward for farming? As if there arent already enough rewards!

Well it's simple, imagen how many times you've died normaly in game, you'd just make the title insanely high like, 10,000 deaths for rank 2 ect :P
Also for the boss killing one, it should only count for bosses who's level is currently higher than yours, e.g. if your lvl14 and fight a lvl15 boss you get a point, if your lvl15 and he's lvl14, you don't. This would even work endgame since once you hit 20 most bosses are 20+ anyways.
The Ca$h one would be interesting and again, reasonably hard to farm, make the first few titles of it reasnably easy to get (almost anyone would gain the 1st title for example) but make rank7-10 insanely hard to get, like only people farming and selling ecto's to merchants would get it :B

imo underworld is still no elite map anymore, why not make out of the underworld a normal travelable map and make out of the underworld a new add on like GW:EN, an add on, around Dhuum and Menzies. Would be a possible way to give the old maps againnew travelable places, which will bring the players to certain places of the underworld. Something like this big new dark untravelable island west of the GW:En map for example, that has a similar appearance to the fire ring island ,we could call it then the Isle of Doom (Dhuum) XD

One title I'd like to see, to go with Drunkard and so on, is a title based on the number of times a character has used fireworks, snowman summoners, and the various festive items like that.

imo anet should kill the need to "death level" in pre sear for the title...
the whole campaign of prophecies needs imo an improvement off the experience for quests, compared to factions and nightfall ...
much lesser people start in proph, because its much easier to reach lvl 20 in factions/nightfall, then in proph, in proh u have nearly played through the game, before you reach lvl 20. in the other campaigns u are level 20 within 1 day, when your quick in questing and making the missions .
In proph tutorial you get like 100-750 exp per quests or so, when u do quests on the other campaigns, its 3k exp, thats imo a too huge difference
exp in proph quests needs to be raised.
and proph tut needs to get new enemies with higher levels, so that there's no need anymore to death level. Goal should be, that it should be possible to get both titles, LDoA and Survivor title !!
When this would get changed, what i really hope (fairness for all, want have both titles, so i want have the chance for getting both, but atm players don'
t get the chance for it, because title A kills the possibility for title B, that sucks), thne should receive old characters, that a long out of the proph receive the chance to get the LDoA title by doing specific hard master quests in Ascalon, that players will receive then, after beating GW:EN.
Something like defending a destroyer invasion of ascalon or so.
Quests in proph tutorial should give in 750-1500exp
when out of tut, then 1500-3000 after shiverpeaks.
missions in proph should give until Shiverpeaks end 5000 then, 2,500 for mission, 2,500 for bonus, from kryta to maguuma end then 7000 exp and from desert to fire ring then 9000k, splitted in half for the 2 parts of every mission.
hmm, i know, not completely thought out yet, but would better the situation and would make prophecies again more interesting to start with a character there.

The tit,es I'm talking about are more just...fun titles. Even if they don't go towards the KOBD or maybe a in game stat checker like you have with FPS or such that show total shots fires, how many times you've died, how many times you've shot someone in the head. Even that be kinda cool. Titles be cool, but even a simple little stat thing, maybe you could show off how many bosses/enemies you've killed, they won't count as a title but you could still show off.

Heh yeah :> That could be one of those titles that nevre ends..:> So has no max, or maybe it just shows your title level and the total you've killed. Though the *** slayer title be fun too, maybe a benefit or something. Or even a negative, I remember one MUD I used to play on where if you killed a species too much compared to others they would automaticly agro you even if not normally :> Maybe increased agro range, or even better lower agro range as they be scared of you.

i think they should add a menagerie title very similar to ff12. after killing 1 of each type of monster including end game bosses etc. you get ultra slayer or some such title. that way it isn't necessary to farm for it you just need to do quest progression and side quests etc. to get there.
