Has anyone actually gained this title yet?
I have done it TWICE now and i still haven't been rewarded with this in my HoM. And no, i did not miss any quests. I have done the Lost Souls, Unwanted Guests, Escort of Souls, Restoring the Monuments and all associated quests with each Reaper.
And i haven't been given it. The first time we resigned. Which i've heard is a very common source of bugging this thing. The second time we mapped out and STILL didn't get it.
Is there something we're missing here or are Anet just useless?

Sounds like you got screwed. Thankfully I had no problems when we did FoW, and we had a new build come in the middle of our run. We were scared it wouldn't count because of it 
.

We had no problem with Fissure of Woe. More to the point we got the title without actually doing it the first time. We encountered the bug where the Tower Mage follows you round and gets stuck. Zha then lost connection and eventually disconnected... i stuck with it and eventually lured the Tower Mage back to the start. I completed Tower of Strength and we both got the title, even though i was the only 1 left in the game upon completion.
But UW. Cleared it yesterday in 3 hours, double checked ALL quests, resigned, got no title. Cleared it again today in 2 hours, double checked ALL quests again, mapped out, still got no title.
If your going to implement something this simple at least make sure it works before you look like a bunch of useless twats instead.

(I'm still surprised at how fast Anet fixed the bug that let other characters open a Customized Incubator. That was fixed in less than a week....)

Over the 2 trips i got 1 lousy ecto... not to mention the chests in there suck.
We cleared both FoW and UW in Normal Mode. We also rushed FoW and left quite a few mobs alive.
Not sure i want to ever see 'The Four Horseman' in Hard Mode...

Added this to the bug section on Gaile's page http://www.wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/U...s_Quest_issues I suggest you also open a support ticket also. Other people have had issues with the FoW statue also. What would be a pain is if Mallyx is bugged in the same way

You forgot 1 quest. Its called Even the Dead need a Merchant. Its the one that opens the UW rare material crafter.

happened to us in FoW, so annoying. Didn't happen in DoA thank RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO because that would have been significantly worse.

When I got my UW monument we went and did each reaper in turn. I.e Free chaos plains reaper, did 4 Horsemen, did bone pits did his quest etc. Did you save up all the rewards and do them in one go, or one by one? No idea what could cause it(disconnects?)
As for knowing everything what happens on account thats true(everything is server side, so the servers 'know' when something has changed) being able to report on it, or do something about it is entirely different.

Well the next time we go in (as soon as we figure out wtf it is we're doing wrong - wasting 2-3 hours in there for absolutely RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO all loot and no reward isn't fun) we're going to kill everything in sight. Even though we know its not needed since we didn't in FoW.
As for the rest. I don't recall anyone disconnecting last trip (Jessail might've thinking about it, that could be somewhere else i'm thinking of) but even then that shouldn't affect the other 4 people who didn't disconnect. We did the quests as they came. Cleared the first reaper and the Forgotten Vale, went back and did Escort and collected Restore. Did all the reaper quests as we cleared the area then came back to do Unwanted Guests at the end. Maybe we should do Unwanted Guests earlier... as if it classes Restore Monumuments as completed or somet.

When we've been doing them every few days to get the statues, but unlike Deep, Urgoz, Sorrows Furnace and DoA, UW and FoW do not have quest rewards to get once completed which is why I assumed vanquishing it was necessary.
We killed everything in FoW just incase. We'll be doing what we can in UW as well, despite the chained souls which we might try some sort of timed coordinated mass kill.

In regards to the Chained Souls, if it's anything like vanquishing then you should only have to kill them once for it to register as them being dead. I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not. Like I said in my last post, I will likely be doing UW within the next few days i'll keep you in informed.

What would be nice would be if some sort of "mission/area complete" message poped up on the screen like in a mission or something. That way, you wouldn't have to zone to the HoM to see if you've gotten the monument or not yet.

It would also be nice if Gaile did something useful for a change and actually told us what the requirement for FoW/UW conquerer is instead of leaving us to guess, then telling us if there was a problem with it.

Well, when I did FoW we did all the quests, and definitely did not kill everything but still got the monument. So I think that's a fairly good assumption to work off of.

We just finished UW, and everyone got the statue. I don't know what to tell the people who are having issues.

Giving a slightly more detailed explanation of what you did other than 'we finished UW and got it' would help.

Order is also of no significance, so we did them hardest to easiest to minimize time lost in the event of a wipe.
You're probably just not finishing a quest (It's not finished unless you take the reward) if you're having problems with getting the statue.

Are people doing this in Normal or Hard Mode? Perhaps the title requires you to complete all quests in Hard Mode which would kinda make sense.

Look we're not stupid, i wouldn't have wasted time making this thread if i'd simply forgotten to take a quest reward. And more to the point, we checked TWICE on the second clearance after the first clearance yielded no statue. We still got nothing. All i'm trying to do is figure out what it is we're doing wrong, because as far as i'm concerned we've met the unknown requirements.

I'm not 100% sure coz i didn't check it myself but every1 i know who went do FoW/UW and /resign after all quest didn't get statue and after map out to town they got it . So i think its main problem .

Well, me and a bunch of guildies just cleared UW, and we didn't get the damn statue. I'm NOT very happy about this, as clearing UW takes forever.

No statue at all for us. Half of us resigned, half of us mapped out. We didn't use a scroll, no disconnects, no new builds.
The spawning pits quest is bugged to give you the reward before you actually do the quest, that might have something to do with it, but honestly, I just wasted a ton of time.

Anet needs to add end bosses to those areas (Menzies and Dhuum, how about it?).
And release the other three realms (Dwayna's, Lyssa's and Melandru's).
I will keep bitching about this in every thread somehow related to it until they either do it or hire me to do it for them.
