Req 9 Motivation 30+ 5- 20% vabbian defender,(not sure if a good skin?)
20% HCT 20% HSR Dragon's Breath wand, (Inscribable) req 11. Req 10 tactics adamantine shield 2- stance 30+ PC please? thanks.

salvage -5 20% and +30 mod on the shield maybe get 5-6k for the shield
Wand = 5-10k
Shield = 4-5k
