Okay not sure if any other posts similar to this have been made so if so remove this.
Anyways how many times do I get into groups with people and im farming points or a dungeon or something. And when I do, i may get boss bounty, a friend may already be up to 4 points a kill in GW:EN while im still stuck at one. This makes people argue about where to go next because the party isnt getting the same bonuses, only the persons. It would be party wide randomly not character based.

My experiences:
After 50 kills, it's almost 100% chance for me of getting r2 [or r3 if I already have r2]
100 kills = next rank
150 = next rank
But yes, it's random.

It's annoying, yes. It comes up everytime we play with guild groups, be it a dungeon or a romp through an explorable. The random bonus for every 25 kills should be identical party-wide, and the shrine bonus as well, applied to everyone as soon as one person activates one.

In addition, the boss bounty is pretty cool, but sadly I see it only after I've slaughtered the entire area. Party-wide identical bonuses, and the boss bonus should only appear IF there happens to still be a boss.

Yep, randomness ftl. I was clearing Sacnoth while my fiancee cleared Magus - I had rank 4 before I was half-done with the area, she got rank 3 at the very last group. I got 2 Boss Bounties and 4-5 Time Attacks, think I got Vanguard Commendation once; she kept getting Energy Channel or just bonus points, then got a Boss Bounty right after killing the last boss.
When I farm the Snowman dungeon, it's just as random - some runs I can get all the way to rank 4, other times I'll still be on rank 1 with Great Dwarf's Blessing the whole time. What's somewhat surprising is that most of the time I'll get the Boss Bounty near the end, which is pretty nice.
I do wish they'd weight the Rank Up bonus a little higher, and make it so that you always got a bonus thingie (instead of just gaining points). Also, and I've seen this mentioned before, it shouldn't repeat a bonus that you still have on you, like Hunt Rampage or Boss Bounty. The system is acceptable as is, but a few little tweaks would make it a whole lot less frustrating.

I'd glad to see others feel my frustration! so what we gonna do? make a petition to make it party wide and a LITTLE more systematic?

Well then, today's experiences are not reflected by my first post at all. First time through an area, r2 at 175 kills. Second time, not until 100.

I love how most "hardcore" idiots say most of these thread are just whine threads. How we can just "play through" the game to get to r5.
Its funny cuz i cleared varajar fells, like most people would say, i should get around 4k rep points right? I got 1,650. DEAD SERIOUS. Killed everything, took advantage of bounties, talked to the norn guys AFTER vanquishing, and took out all the popups. 400+ dead enemies and nothing to show for it but around lets see.......900g, 5whites, and yes how could i forget, some modniir manes. Now that was a real fun waste of time. After 300 kills i got to rank2 for 2rep points for each kill. That sure made my day. Funny how i got the boss bonus after i killed the derv boss. lol

It's more efficient to go to every shrine as you pass it instead of waiting for the end.

Example:
You talk to the first shrine and not a single one after until EVERY enemy is dead. Possibility that you get two ranks up at the shrines or 100+ every shrine.
You go to a shrine after every 50 kills until you are r4, then every one as you pass it. At r2, your kills are doubling. If you killed 400 enemies, you would have about 800 points just from that.
