Capping Mystic Regen?

Anyone know of any boss that uses this skill that is before the Gates of Torment and preferrably before the Sulpher Desert area?

If you're just looking to use the skill on your character, it'll be easier and faster to do the PvP training (battle islands, go outsideinto the isle of the nameless, talk to trainer person).
Get 1000 faction from a run or two of that, and unlock Mystic Regen from the Priest inside the outpost. It'll then show up on all the Nightfall trainers. You'll still need to buy it, remember.

Unlock it with Blathazar Faction, and use a Dervish tome or talk to a Nightfall skill trainer. No, I don't know any boss that uses it, and a quick wiki search showed none.
