PC on Iridescent Aegis

How much would one of these be worth.

It's got a high req, (12 Tactics) and not too good mods.

Figured I'd check though, before giving it away, just in case.

mods are

+43 hp while in Stance
and
+Armor against Slashing Damage.

Oh and of course it's inscribable.
