Had the problem too, i resorted to Shutdown on computer, unplug my router and modem, plug it in, start it up. Normally solves all my connection problems and it did. Or maybe i could just get on, who knows. I had it too until i did this, might not work for everyone but you can try.
grrrr As it it turns out, the support page says to check your firewalls if you get a connecting to........ and lo and behold , somehow my firewall was blocking it. It works fine now. grrr computers
