W T B: Spiked Targe, Stone Summit Shield. Inquire Within.

Had a buy thread similar to this up a few weeks ago, but my hard drive crapped out on me. Title Basically says it all.

Shields Must be Gold, and R9-10. (Will pay more for Strength Req)
Mods on the shields should be +30 hp and +10 arm vs fire or lightning. Anything else and I will go to town with a perfect salvage kit.
