The interesing part: +7 defense against undead, and a decent 8% chance of dmg recuction of 2.
How rare is the anti-undead mod on sheilds and how much does it make the sheild worth?

Undead not very rare at all, but would probably bring in around 10k imho.

I agree with Fist only because a Warrior who does FoW alot would be interested in this as a secondary shield
