Working on a HM build centered around redireting DMG (Riposte's, Glad Defence etc) and was using FGJ and Balthazar's Spirit for adrenaline and energy regen.
With Bal Spirit u gain more adrenaline after u take dmg, and with each lvl in smiting u get more adrenaline. With no lvl's in smiting u get 2 adrenaline each time u take DMG.
Wondering with FGJ on (which gives u 100% more adrenaline) Would u get 6 points (3+3) and then just double what u get from taking DMG, dealing DMG, Losing Health, etc.
With Bal spirit on, I can regain energy (with one or multiple enemies) fast enough to spam the low cost energy skills I need and build a good amount of adrenaline to spam the other skills im using.
Just wondering if FGJ would compound the adrenaline that Bal Spirit gives.
Tactics : 12 +1 +1
Healing: 11
Smiting: 4
Skills im using are:
FGj
Glad's Defence (E)
Deadly Riposte
Riposte
Bonetti's Defence (quick energy regen & Melee Block)
Balthazar's Spirit
Healing Breeze
Heal Sig
Any imput (beisdes flaming) is appreciated

Balth spirit gives back "adrenaline points" instead of the 1 strike you'd get from hitting a enemy.
on wiki there's a chart for how many points compare to how many strikes.
http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Adrenaline
and also acording to wiki, FGJ does affect adrenaline points gained from Balth spirit (Check under notes)

The amount of adrenaline you're getting from Balthazar's Spirit is really pathetic.. it's useable to fuel Bonetti's Defense on SoJ monks who run 16 smite, but at 4 smite it's barely noticeable, even with FGJ.
If you're using Gladiator's Defense to farm, then use [skill]Club of a Thousand Bears[/skill] or [skill]Whirlwind[/skill] with [skill]"On Your Knees!"[/skill] to keep it up permanently.
And Healing Breeze gives +7 at 9, +8 at 12, why would you run 11?
