Retracting bids due to magazines?

I am confused on this one. I tried to search guru, but guru search is bad. In high end, there are many sales of the high end minis (naga, oni etc...) People are posting "i have right to retract due to magazines." What does this mean?? Are there going to be magazines coming out with keys for new minis? any help would be great

You will have a CHANCE to get a "rare" mini. You can also have nothing with the key.

Gaile stated somewhere that there's going to be an announcement early this week, about a similar action in the U.S.

Also don't assume that Europe is one big happy country, lots of European nations don't get anything, as with Australia, New Zealand etc etc

Australia does receive some european gaming magazines... but about 2 months after their initial release. Which means we would miss the competition cutoffs.

PCgamer or PCzone (forget which) is offering 1000 'keys' to the rarer mini's. When you get your mag you will either have the normal dvd that comes with it or a key to a mini.
Price on the mini's will drop in the short term, because most people (including me) will stick them up for sell. Price will rise slightly once the excitement dies down.
