So stats:
armor 16 (req 12 strength)
-2 dmg received (while in stance)
Healing Prayers +1 (20%)
Non-inscribable

I was thinking of adding a +30hp handle if that will up the value much.

you can't add hp+30 in a non-inscribable shield

imo 15-20k...

20-30k ..mixed stats req 12

can get anywhere from 20-50k , nice skin might be wanted by a monk

I'm thinking more like 10k due to req, I have a magmas shield q8 -20% dazed +29 health which has been exceedingly difficult to sell... Granted yours has max mods, -2/stance just not all that useful for healing monks :\ Most pve monks don't care about shields it seems, and most pvp monks would rather have +10AL vs damage type and +30 health, so will be very hard to sell, not a huge market.

15-25k imo.........
