WTB Slaying mods for Axe and +10 vs shields

For the axe, I do not need demons, deathbane, charr, ogres, or giants
I will accept any shield as long as its tactics q9 and at least +8 vs.

I may have more than I listed but feel free to offer.

+42 hp (while in stance)
+10 AL vs Earth
