why dont you fix the real thing that sux here: Attack on Jalis's Camp...when you get killed is return you to Eye of the north!! and that is a real bad joke!!Is no a mission to return you to the city If you get returned to someplace should be the outside map, no the damn city and is a @(/%&&% quest no a mission to kick you out!!

Its a Attack on jalis's camp is a MASTER quest for a reason. And if you get mapped to EoTN, just map back to Olafstead or Central transfer chamber and go back to battledepths.

To be fair, The Duncan run did seem like an exploit as defeating him crossed off all the other bosses on the quest. It would have been better if he could still be run, but without the quest completion. At any rate Anet 'fixing' the bug isn't a bad thing unless you wish to skip a lot of effort which will probably get you other nice drops anyway.
It's not really a bad thing, and I don't believe Anet should, as you say, 'be stoped'. I wouldn't think they deserve a stoping, whatever that is.

It would be more social if you could just skip all the missions and go play with your friends at the end. It would also be retarded, get over it. There's no reason everyone should be able to skip to the end of the elite dungeon.

Don't even try to play the pity card. All of the other 3 areas are very short. I beat them in one sitting with henchmen. I'm sure they're much easier with real people.
They're also very rewarding. I got 3 onyx before I even saw Duncan.
I pity your friends if they can't have fun together doing anything else.

yeah, because that area is the foundation for 'social activity'... That's like saying that you should be able to get into Hard Mode without actually finishing the game... get there.

OP, the bug was an exploit that needed to be stoped, so Anet stoped it. They don't care if it stopes you and your friends from abusing the exploit, as long as it stopes people like you taking advantage of it. Now, don't let it stope you from beating Duncan. Stope?

My point, which you seem to have missed entirely, was that ANet claims they want people to play in teams and groups, and yet "fixes" like this, while easy to code, will cut down on the groups able to get together in that area. Myself, I hero/hench everything. I play with exactly one RL friend, and we duo + hero when we're on together.
Let's make it simpler: a better fix, and one that would still encourage grouping, would be to make each portion of the quest independant. You can't get the quest reward unless all the bosses are defeated. This is just more of the locked gates and forced linearity that prophecies lacked entirely (and that lack was part of what made Prophecies such a great game- freedom to do what you wanted. YMMV)

Heh I hope your being sarcastic there....because you didn't stop(e) miss spelling once.
On topic, how does this stop people from teaming up, it's just like anything else, if your friends get there later you help them up to where you are. ANd if you have friens that want to do the dungeon do it together, or plan to have everyone meet up once they reach duncan.
