I really want the imposing maks for my mesmer and his primary is illusion. Is there any where where I can craft a max one with an Imposing maks skin with an inherent +1 illusion magic?

Yeah, I think you have to go to Droknar's Forge... not too sure, though.

o, darn my character's from Factions, isn't there some Voldo the Exotic guy who also crafts it? but is it still +1 illusion though?

IIRC the guy at Wajjun Bazzar (SW from Marketplace, NW from Nahpui) has it.

As long as you can find the crafter that offers that skin, you can craft any +1 primary profession attribute on it.

really? Vold the Exotic from Wajjun Bazzar has the Imposing Mask for all attributes? awsome!
now I don't need that run to Droknar's Forge from Lion's arch...
