Stonestriker/Mantra of Earth/StoneFlesh Aura affect Holy Wrath?

Would any of these affect the damage output of Holy Wrath?

How is 'Damage Done' Calculated?
Would the attack damage that comes up to 25 be considered for Holy Wrath?
Or would it calculate that StoneFlesh Aura and Mantra of Earth negate the damage to 0, and therefore Holy Wrath attempts to take 66% of 0 and deal that back to the enemy?

I thought that HolyWrath and Retribution looked at the total damage before any damage mitigation by the character?
