How long does contig take?

I am trying to use contig on my gw.dat but everytime I run it it just says processing c:blabla/ gw.dat and never seems to finish. Also I am stuck at 12 fragments. I would of asked in the sticky but it's closed.

Note, my gw.dat is fully done with -image. But I was just wondering how long it takes since in vista it doesn't seem like it's doing much.

How can I get it down to 1 fragment instead of 12? Re-install gws?

The chances of it going into 1 fragment is really small. The first time you use it, it can take up to a few hours.

You can use it more often, eventually it'll just close down right away, which means that it wont get into less fragments, it usually stays at around 4-6.
