I was wondering, if I use a pvp char to unlock an elite skill or even non elite skill using factions, will It then be on all the hereos skill lists of the same profesion on my pve char?

I'm thinking yes. I was going to look around on wiki to see if I could find out for sure, but I really don't feel like it. Here's the link if you want to. the wiki knows all

ANY skill you have unlocked (as long as it's not PVE only) will be available for use for any heroes who can use them. If you unlock Spoil Victor with 3000 faction, you can use Spoil Victor on any necromancer hero.
