Xunlai Tournament Prediction, can't sign in

I have made my Xunlai Tournament House account just before 2006 Wintergreen season and everything went smooth, later I couldn't sign in... I ignored it for a while and now when I tried to log in it didn't work again... I tried to retrieve my password, but that doesn't work either :S So now I can't register again, I can't sign in, neither I can get my new password because it seems that my name isn't correct when trying to get new password at my email.. Hmm

I have exactly the same problem.
It worked perfectly fine in the Wintergreen season, then it got screwed up.
I can't log in there - my password mysteriously changed;
I can't use recovery - my real name I used when registering my GW account and plaync account don't work too;
I can't create a new Xunlai Tournement account - my game acc already has one connected to it!
I'm the only legitimate owner of both: my game account and the email the Xunlai acc was registered to. But I can't use the service. It's just wrong.
I contacted the usual PlayNC support... got an answer after a month of waiting that I should instead write to [email protected] but they don't answer at all. How about any response, that you're working ot it or something...

I will find out about this for you. 
Edit: Ok, if you are having trouble with your account please write [email protected] so we can work with our webteam to fix it. This should only effect a small number of users that created their account prior to the Wintergreen Tournament, but if you are having problems, get in touch.

if we created an account but never used it, does it expire, or will the password myseriously change like all these other peoples' accounts did?

I can't retrieve my password because I don't know what I entered my name as in the form from many months ago ( I tried a lot of combos too)
