Pc req 9 inscipable fellblade

Ive got a purple req 9 fellblade that has an inscription slot. My jora is using it atm and I wonder if it is either more worth selling it or customizing it for Jora. Thanks in advance for the answer.

~8k-10k or so but it's bit hard to sell.
