Uh..What happened?

I was on the quest, Heart of the Shiverpeaks, when an alliance member was offering to do this dungeon run where we could just sit back, he'd run it, and we'd all get the rewards. So, I took him up on it, and he ran 'Heart of the Shiverpeaks'. Afterwords, in my quest log, it is completed now, and I have no clue what I am supposed to do now. I have no active quest or anything. I'm afraid that him running that dungeon caused me to skip finishing the quest and whatever it might have triggered so that I can continue the GW:EN storyline. So please, any help? Is there someone to talk to so I can get the next quest so I can get to the Central Transfer Chamber or whatever it is called?

Jalis Ironhammer in the Battledepths is who you need to talk to. Although on the wiki it says that the next quest should be auto given at boreal station.

Is heart of the shiverpeaks still in your quest log with a (completed) next to it, or is it just gone?

It's gone, but the main quest as it crossed out.

means it's done? there should be a next step in the main quest no? anyhoo, return to jalis again for the next quest.
