NCSoft Master Account

I want to change my password. It sends me to NCSoft. I have an account there, but for a 'master' account, I had to create a new one. So I just did. Yes, I activated it. Now what? I went to 'Game Accounts' and all it had was 'none.'

if it links you there you use the existing account you do not create a new one.

send in a support ticket and follow their instructions and have your account keys handy as you will need them.

update the ticket following the clear simple instructions and do not keep sending new tickets.

i have had excellent support each time i needed it

The funny part is, you have to have excellent support to change your password!
