How to become a moderator on Guru

I know this can be a full time job, but was wondering how the moderators are picked and how a person would get the "job". I am bored at work so these questions come to mind

Basically we list available positions here. Available moderator positions are also prominently announced in the forum.

There is a few tests involved as well.

Stupidity test
Spelling/grammar test

Once you've passed those you then have to be security cleared, then finally you have to wash Inde's car.

Only once all that is done can you then become a Guru moderator.

Or you could just PM Inde/Chief and explain to them you'd be interested in any vacant mod positions that might be available.
