A friend got this one and would like to have a pc.

+14% vs hexed enemies (it is not an inscription, the sword is Canthan)
vampiric 3/1
+5 armor

EDIT:
Got some PCs in Kamadan:
One said 2k (and asked to buy it for that price), one 10k, another one 40k.

EDIT 2:
In Eye Of The North some PCs:
One said 15k, another one 30k.


This is really confusing. Which one is correct?
