code 021 - anet is wrong

OK so I have 3 accounts all legitly bought with my own sweat, blood and cash.

We don't have favor atm so I was thinking of playing on my 3rd account and when i try to log in it says my email doesn't exist. So i type it in over and over again correctly as I might have been wrong but after typing it in correctly with the correct password serveral times and it still says 021 (my email doesn't exist) I go to hotmail.com. Try to log on and it says it doesn't exist.....i go to make a new hotmail account but it says its already in use.


So my question is did i get hacked? or is MSN messing up or MSN + GW messing up.....


I really don't want to lose the account seeing as i have over 500k and all 3 capmigns linked to the account. I am also going to submit a support thing to anet but i don't know what they can do..

My 2 cents: Send a support issue to Anet. They can restore your account to you, but I'd be willing to bet all your stuff is gone.

Get something better than a hotmail account when you get it back.

Or......you didn't use hotmail enough and they booted you. Since you checked at hotmail, I'm guessing that's it. Or like rotie said, you got hacked.

Huh... you say ANET is wrong, yet MSN Hotmail says the address doesn't exist anymore... and yet says the address is in use. IIRC, you can't make an exact email twice with Hotmail, correc me if I'm wrong please. But that could be it^; you got hacked, the person took everything on your account and then deleted the email address. But he'd have to have access to both passwords, or if it's the same password for GW and Hotmail, then it becomes easy to get rid of accounts AND the email address.

Sounds like a keylogger to me. Check your computer for possible keyloggers or trojans.

EDIT: or yeah... the email address expired. 31 days IIRC for Hotmail accounts.

I can not see how losing your hotmail account could change anything about your GW account.

It's not like every time you log into GW it checks to see if your email is valid or anything, you could play for years with a deleted email account as your log in and have no problems unless you had to contact support or something.

I would suggest you make a ticket explaining that for some reason you can not log into your GW account stating the code it gives and also explain your email account used with this account is no longer in your control, they have other ways of confirming the account belongs to you like keys used to activate the account and such.

If you no longer have these then you are SOL.

Break out your cd keys and start a support ticket. Its likely someone has taken over both your GW account and your Hotmail account, and is taking your stuff because you've been hacked/keylogged.

In the mean time while support handles that, you should start cleaning out your pc. Probably best to not use your other 2 accounts on that pc either.

I wonder if that Cats lady that is talking about her account being stolen and the login email being changed is also using MSN/Hotmail. There may be some exploit with MSN/Hotmail.

Hopefully you didn't get hacked and theirs just a bug with your email.

ok well im considering all of that. But now i try to log in on my gmail account and it says that either my email or passwords are wrong. So what now? I mean is there no safe email no days?

btw my GW account linked to that email is still there..but im going to switch emails

erm ok quick question..i could only find the NF slip for the account not the other 2..will they still take that? or does anet need all 3 codes
